How did you meet? What was your first date like? Give us all the details!
The first communication was me sending her a smile. I was just about to give up on the site, but finally, Terri sent a smile back to me. Then, we chatted with each other for a month and decided to meet up at a Starbucks for coffee, which turned into a late dinner for us both. After having coffee, I asked her if she had eaten dinner yet; when she said “no,” I was very happy. We both agreed to go eat at Sizzler and had a wonderful late dinner! We talked and laughed throughout the entire dinner until it was time to leave.

Describe the moment you knew it was true love!
It was while I attended Terri’s church during the Christmas celebration. Terri was singing at church and during the singing is when I knew that I had found love in my heart again.

What advice would you give other ChristianMingle members?
My story is a tough one from where I came from. At first, I struggled with what to put on my profile. I put the truth about struggles and where I had come from and where God was leading me. The truth worked two ways for me; it chased away the one’s that didn’t line up with God’s will for me, and it brought me and Terri together united in Christ.
