Tami and I both used ChristianMingle off and on, having different levels of success meeting people, but did not make any real connections until we found each other on the site. 

Our story is pretty simple really… I viewed her profile, but of course, did not send her any type of hello or communication (thinking she would not reply) at first.  She did see that I looked at her profile and she did look at mine.  Nothing happened for a while though. Then – weeks later – I noticed she had looked at my profile again (she said she liked what I wrote in my profile), so I looked at her again. This time, she sent me a message and we started to chat.  We hit it off right away. 

Several weeks later, on May 3, 2014, we met for the first time at a Caribou Coffee and decided to go to a movie after about an hour of visiting.  We simply connected right away!  Even now it’s hard to believe we have only known each other for a few months; it seems like we have been friends for many years.  Officially, we have not set a date for a wedding yet, but want it to be sometime in 2015.   

Our Advice?  Write an original profile about yourself.  Don’t have someone else write it.  It must contain glimpses of your character and personality for others to pick up on, be open.  And you must include some current pictures, of course.
