James and I met on ChristianMingle in August of last year.  About two months after we met, he deployed to Afghanistan (he is an officer in the Army).  He was deployed for nine months, and during that time we stayed connected via email and Skype.  He just got back from Afghanistan about two weeks ago and he proposed to me this past weekend. 

We are getting married in December of this year.  He is such an answer to prayer for me.  He is the sweetest, kindest, most giving person I have ever met.  I am amazed that God has given me such an awesome gift and I am excited to spend my life with him.  So, thank you to ChristianMingle for bringing us together.
