ChristianMingle held a contest, looking for the new faces of ChristianMingle. The winners were awarded $1,000 and have the chance to appear in a national campaign. We will be launching a four-part series, introducing all of our winners.

What do you do for a living?

I work in the front office at an elementary school.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I love to work out, read, bake, hang out with friends, shop and target shoot.

How would you describe your personality?

I’m easy-going, friendly, a good listener and fun-loving.

What’s your idea of a perfect date?

I’d like something casual that encourages good conversation.

I saw it on the ChristianMingle login screen.

How do you feel about being the new face of ChristianMingle?

It’s very exciting! I consider it an honor to be chosen.

What do you plan to do with the prize money? 

It will help my son and I go on vacation.

How did you first hear about ChristianMingle?

I first heard about it when some friends recommended it to me.

When considering all the dating site options, why did you choose to join ChristianMingle?

I am a Christian hoping to find a Christian mate.

It’s great! I love the look of it and it’s easy to navigate.

I really enjoy the community section on ChristianMingle.

Have you ever made any changes to your profile that led to better matches or more responses? If so, what were they?

I change pictures occasionally, and that always seems to get new attention.

I believe ChristianMingle to have a higher standard for its users. I am proud to be the new face of ChristianMingle because it is associated with a higher moral standard and character.

Would you share with us the best date that you have experienced with a member of ChristianMingle?

All my dates have been good. They have all been quality gentlemen who I have enjoyed getting to know even though I still haven’t found “the one.”

What is the one piece of advice you’d give to someone who’s skeptical about online dating? 

Try it! It truly is a great way to meet people, have fun and at least make friends.
