Joe and I met on ChristianMingle on December 2, 2007. He was the one to first message me and we started talking a few days later. We met in person on Sunday, December 7, 2007. We had a nice lunch after church and then saw a movie together. We talked everyday and saw each other three to four times a week after that.

We knew within a few weeks that we wanted to get married and he soon proposed to me on March 7, 2008. The proposal actually happened to be on my birthday! I opened his gift, a bible inscribed with my first name and his last name!  As I looked up, he was on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was the best birthday ever.

We got married on August 8, 2008. A few months later we found out we were pregnant! In October 2009 we welcomed our son and in 2012, we welcomed our daughter.
