Liza and I first began communicating via ChristianMingle in May 2012 and by June, we were planning our first date! We decided to meet in late June in Colombia, MD because we lived in different towns. Our date began with an enjoyable lunch and a great conversation! Afterwards, we decided to see a movie which led to a more lengthy conversation. Because it was convenient, we decided to meet at the same spot for another date 2 weeks later. By this time, I was fairly certain that Liza was who I wanted to spend my life with because I had already fallen for her!

For our third date in August 2012, Liza and I went to Inner Harbor, MD and enjoyed the entire day together. By this time, we agreed that we wanted to date each other exclusively. Throughout the next several months, we began spending more time together, getting to know one other better. On November 20, 2012, I proposed to Liza and she accepted! We are now planning a March 2013 wedding! We wanted to thank God for bringing us together and for using ChristianMingle as the vessel for this to occur.
