We met on ChristianMingle, after he sent me a simple “Hey I like your smile” message. I was taken by him right away, and honestly, I’m usually pretty skeptical. We chatted nonstop for quite some time until exchanging numbers. The first evening he called me, we talked for nearly two hours, then proceeded to Skype for an additional three hours! A few nights later, we met at a restaurant and talked effortlessly though dinner, even sitting in the parking lot in his truck long after closing hours, laughing and talking about everything. I had never spent such quality time like this with someone before, it was honestly like spending time with my best friend. Our bond was almost instantaneous.

Quite honestly, just a couple of months after we started dating. There was such a strong connection immediately; this was different, special. It wasn’t long before leaving to meet his family out of state that I knew I was in love with this man.
