How did you meet? What was your first date like? Give us all the details!
David and I met when he and his family were on vacation in South Carolina from Pennsylvania. He and I had just started talking the week before through ChristianMingle, but we wanted to meet as soon as possible! I drove up to Charleston from Gainesville, Florida and spent about 10 seconds with David before I started meeting his family. Everything felt so right from the beginning! We had an amazing time exploring Charleston and then headed to Myrtle Beach. David and I went on our first date that night, and we talked on and on about how we felt like we had known each other forever.

Describe the moment you knew it was true love!
David and I both felt like this was true love the next morning when we went to watch the sunrise on the beach. It was incredibly romantic, and right there we both knew that God had planned for us to be together. Because of ChristianMingle’s profile questions, David and I had already discussed many of life’s most important matters. Soon after meeting, we knew we were made for each other!

What advice would you give other ChristianMingle members?
Pray for the Lord’s leading! We both had friends and family praying that we would meet the right person on ChristianMingle. We prayed we would know clearly who God had planned for us to be with. Be open, don’t let distance scare you, and be prepared for God to bless you beyond anything you could imagine.
