Joshua and I met back in May of 2012. We went on our first date about a week after we started talking. Our date was only supposed to be mini golf and dinner, but we clicked so quickly that we ended up going to a movie too. It took us another week or so to have another date due to our schedules, but after our second date we both knew we had something good going on.

Joshua and I live about an hour from each other, which makes things a bit tough at times because we can’t see each other as much as we’d like. That said, even when we’re apart we feel like we’re together because we have such a connection through Christ. We only knew each other for six months before Joshua asked me to marry me, though he probably could’ve asked me after three months because it was around that time we both knew we wanted to get married.

We’re getting married in March 2014 and we know that God will continue to bless our relationship every day!
