Last summer I decided to join ChristianMingle because I was new to the area. I was nervous that this site would be no different from any of the others. In July, I sent a smile to Eddie and he smiled back. There hasn’t been a day since then that we haven’t talked. Our first date was on July 28, 2012. I remember him saying on the first date that he didn’t want to talk to anyone else; he only wanted to talk to me. We had so much fun that night that we agreed to go to church together the next day. I kept thinking throughout the service how awesome it would be if he was the one God had made for me. Early on, it became very clear that our relationship was special, and that we were made for one another. On April 11, 2013, Eddie asked me to be his wife. On July 20, 2013, we became husband and wife! God has blessed us in so many ways, and we are especially thankful to your site for bringing us together. In the Bible it talks about how it is always darkest before the dawn. I know for myself and for many others, that the journey you walk before God puts the right person in your life can be very dark; but never doubt how much God loves you and how awesome it will be when God does bring that person into your life.
