We met on ChristianMingle on January 15, 2013. We dated for six months. On September 7th, she was working as a nurse at a Tyler, Texas hospital. I surprised her by hiding in a bathroom of an unused patient room. I had roses and a yellow, plastic plate with a smile symbolizing a “smile” from ChristianMingle and a board that said, “Base16 has sent you a smile.” On the left side of the plate it said “look” and on the right it said “down” and on the bottom it said “turn around.” Then, she walked in and looked at the board, and I walked in behind her from the bathroom and proposed. Our wedding date is set for April 26, 2014!
