Tips and More
This device is compatible with USB cables other than those included in the packaging. Astro E4 works with new Apple iPhones (5s and 5c) but you need to use the cables that came with the phone. You can charge two devices simultaneously but need to keep in mind that the total output current won’t exceed 3A. If you have trouble using the Astro E4 to charge your electronic device, check that all connections are secure and that the cables are functioning properly. Also, check to ensure that the E4’s voltage is compatible to your electronic device by referring to the instruction manual, product label or adapter.
Limitations
The Astro E4 cannot charge Samsung or Asus tablets. Again, it works iPhone 5s and 5c but Apple connector is not included; you need to use the one that came with your phone.
