I joined ChristianMingle in May of this year. I wanted to let you know how much I truly love your website. I found my true love on it. On June 13th, I smiled at him. His name was Erik, and he smiled back at me. We began communicating back and forth through the website. Then, we began texting and emailing. That, of course, led up to talking on the phone. What I did not know at the time was that Erik lived in Mississippi. So, we kept talking and because of God working in our relationship, we fell in love. Just when I had given up on ever finding true love again, Erik responded to my smile. We had both been married before and experienced a lot of hurt, but God knew what he was doing. I am not a person who would have ever joined a dating site trying to find true love, but the feeling to join the site was so strong. I now know that God was pushing me. So I am very thankful for this website.

Erik moved back to Texas and even though some people say it is too fast, we both believe that God brought us together for a reason. He adores and loves my two kids, and they love him so much. My kids have not been this happy in a very long time.

We have been together since June 13, 2012. We got married a few months later on September 13th, which is both of our lucky numbers. It feels like we have known each other all of our lives. We have almost identical personalities, and find that so funny.
